July 21, 2023 - Opened and poured. Excellent. Detailed and focused on the bouquet with oyster shell and citrus notes. Youthful light to medium bodied palate with a vibrant, lingering finish. This improved with airing.

June 16, 2023 - Always a treat to drink the rare Raveneau village. Very good and punching way above village level. Medium bodied, Lemon zest, oily texture, iodine / salinity.

March 19, 2023 - A stunning ‘entry level’ Raveneau serving up absolute balance, with everything exactly where it needs to be, and a strong Raveneau signature that tells the story of these wines - simply without the shoulders and density/depth of the 1er and Grand Cru’s - and that’s totally fine! Approachable, can go further but perfect to enjoy now while the bigger boys rest. At current prices this starts getting difficult, but as far as village level Chablis and singularity goes, this is a remarkable bottle with impeccable balance and nothing in the way of heat or over extract. Lovely

February 19, 2023 - Bright and super clean. Minerally and pure, not a particularly exciting or interesting wine, but very delicious. Probably not a buyer of this again given the price point.

January 18, 2023 - Had a small taste of this wine by itself, where I found it initially to be quite bland, a typical Chardonnay with a small oak note. 1-2 hours later I added this to a blind flight, where it stood out as the least oaky wine of the night. Minerals, citruses, seashells.
