December 12, 2023 - Pleasing as always and never a disappointment at any price point close to this. Big notes of vanilla and oak that are quickly balanced by fresh pear and acidity that is soft around the edges. Well done.

February 26, 2022 - Classic Columbia Crest. Descriptions seem to remain the same across vintages, delightful vanilla and oak. The 2019 vintage seems at this time to be best if opened pour a glass and then vacuum seal the bottle. Performed a taste test with friend between newly opened with little rest and a bottle that was plugged. After a weeks rest, the plugged bottle was the winner. I’m sure this will change with age.
