  April 29, 2023 - Creamy and smooth with low alcohol, making it easy to have another glass or two. Citrus and minerality frame the bouquet, and the texture on the palate belies the low abv.. A winner!

  September 18, 2022 - Drank alongside the 2018. Very pale yellow with greenish touch. Floral and herbal nose. On the palate lychee, white chocolate, chalky acidity, a bit stingy, some heat. A little too thin in body for my taste.

  August 29, 2022 - Day two (year 3) and this has morphed again after over 24 hours in the fridge. The nose is now white flowers encased in ice. In the mouth, the briny character has been further tamed and notes of stone fruits have appeared, enlivened by a balanced acid backing. The finish is now medium long. This is now reminiscent of a cross between an Albariño and a trocken Riesling.
  
  Rarely, if ever, have I had a wine change on me so much in such a short time, especially while still being good, if different, every time.

  August 28, 2022 - If you’re ever looking for a wine to serve with the sort of Mexican food you’d serve with a margarita, look no further. My second bottle a year and a half after the first. The same nose of briny lemon and with some flowers. Time has tamed a bit the tarty saltiness on the palate, as well as the acidic hints of lime and passion fruit. Still linear with a long and salty finish. Reducing the score seems cruel because the wine is actually better integrated today, technically a better wine, but it lost some sexiness along the way. Still a definite rebuy.
