October 14, 2022 - Gorgeous wine with aromas of dark red fruit and on the palate full bodied and mouth-coating with a freshness due to more acidity than I remember in other vintages.

3rd bottle and showing some life.
Decant 2 hours.
Putting the rest to bed for at least 5 more years.

March 13, 2022 - Gorgeous, bold, and finesse. This premium wine from Beckman Vineyards in Santa Ynez showed deep black cherry, boysenberry, black tea, and delivered powerful flavors with good balance and finesse of raspberry, mocha, and CHERRY. I’m sure with a few more years of bottle age this wine will evolve wonderfully.

December 11, 2021 - This wine is big and bold with plenty of dark red fruit, but it lacks finesse and seemed both awkward and backward - had hi hopes, was outclassed by Pahlmeyer, Thomas Pinot, and Denner all served at the same dinner.

August 12, 2021 - 100% syrah. Beautiful wine. Very artful and subtle. Delicate almost! Will revisit in a few years
