Community Tasting Notes 2

July 16, 2019 - Tasted to this point seven of Dancer's red burgundies. None are remotely up to his whites. That said, as the prior note points out, Dancer is dealing here with very young vines, and truth to tell, not in the most favorable plot. In due course, you can be sure Dancer will make it all come together.

May 27, 2010 - Age of the vines 10 years, harvested from September 12 to 21, available from November 2008 and 990 bottles of it. Dark red purple color. Red dark fruit and black berries. On the palate lovely soft rounded tannins, licorice, black fruit flavors in a full-bodied wine. The length is medium and very enjoyable. Beautiful wine with two or three years to improve.
