December 27, 2022 - Medium lemon in the glass. Don't serve this too cold as it will kill the aromas totally. A wine that's marked with fresh fruit and slight touches of lees. Light & easy, not much complexity, but well-balanced. A glou glou Chablis if I dare say.

December 25, 2022 - Pale golden yellow. Young fresh lemon spritz nose, light (perhaps too cold). Honey opening, refined, light and easy drinking, good background acidity. Really fine and crystalline. Fabulous with the seafood.

June 30, 2022 - Entry level Chablis but boy was the experience enjoyable. Pale gold. Nose of sea air, white flowers, flint, stone. Layers of crisp grapefruit and apple core on the palate with dry tart stoniness in spades. Brisk acidity and flinty spine. Long finish of steely citrus with a bit of iron at the end. Perfect with poke at a picnic table literally on the rocky beach at Birch Bay State Park at sunset. From a 375.
