February 25, 2021 - This is my second bottle of this wine and it is much better. The excessive mineral flavors are not present and there was no need to wait several hours after opening. I am thinking my first bottle was off. I am liking this bottle very much.

January 18, 2021 - I liked it after it was decanted and breathed for several hours. Right out of the bottle there was a strong mineral flavor. Several hours after opening the minerality was gone and wine was very good. Pale gold color, light bodied. apricot and honey flavors balanced by good acidity. Best served cold.
