July 31, 2007 - Crystallizes summer refreshment. There is a sauvignon blanc like quality at first, with fresh mown hay and a citrusy, light grapefruit and pineapple edge to the nose. Light to medium body, it glides across the palate with attractive herbal and fruit flavors before a crisp and refreshing finish. A blend of clairette and ugni blanc for those keeping score at home.
