September 29, 2023 - Made from a single varietal of Garnacha, located at 650-700 m of altitude. Aged on its lees for 4 months, second fermentation over another 4 months and 36 months in bottle. Pale salmon colour, copper tinge. Medium+ aroma of apples, peaches, strawberries, plums, brioche. Medium body, fine and delicate mousse, medium+ acidity, great depth of flavour with notes of brioche with strawberries.
