May 28, 2023 - Light gold plus color. Drank a couple glasses over 3 hours. Saline, ocean, lemon, quinine and iodine on the nose. The palate is driven and minerally, tastes like lemon juice cascading over a limetone waterfall, brine, waxy, fennel pollen, tart citrus, long and crisp. 92+ to 93pts.

N: medium+ intensity, lots of almond, butterscotch, caramel, honey, mushroom, biscuit, toast, general sherry notes, bruised apple, dried apricot. Fully developed
P: Dry, medium+ acid, no tannin, medium alcohol, medium+ body, medium+ flavor intensity, same characteristics on the palate with more minerality, medium+ finish
