November 4, 2023 - 5th of 6. Flawed again (all 5 so far have been flawed). Undrinkable. Metallic/mousy finish. Tried on day 1 and again on day 3 to confirm, then poured it down the drain.

March 5, 2023 - Crunchy berries, soil, cherry cola. Didn’t get the bret issues as others noted.

October 11, 2022 - Not as obviously flawed as my last bottle, but this one shows a lot of brett / barnyard on both the nose and the palate. There is some nice fruit present, very fine tannins, and quite a long finish. It would be a solid wine, but for the barnyard. 4 more in the cellar...

August 1, 2022 - Initially had a bit of funk but after being open for 30 minutes this went away, fruit forward (red) with sone yeast notes in the background, checked in on it the next day and the fruit was completely faded and all I got was yeast in an unpleasant way, so don’t know how long it will age. Nice for a natural wine.
