This is the real deal. Started drinking at close to fridge temp and followed until it was closer to the high 50s F. Mousse is fine. This isn’t especially bubbly. When cooler it is driven by salty lemon flavors with some chalky notes, presumably from the terroir, and some spicy undertones, maybe from the barrel. As it warms, some brioche notes join in until they prime over the lemon. Probably best when served at close to 50 F but YMMV.1 person found this helpful Comment -

March 25, 2022 - A really fine and complex Champagne with excellent intensity and mineral thrust. Youthful and my guess is this will be even more stunning in a couple of years. 92+
