March 15, 2024 - Perfektes Beispiel für einen Chianti Classico Riserva - rubinrote Farbe. In der Nase rote Beeren, Kirschen, ein Tick erdig/Taback. Im Mund bereits wunderbar zugänglich, rund, schmeichelnd. Das alles zu einem für die Qualität vernünftigen Preis. WunderbaR!

December 27, 2023 - Medium red, transparent --- Nose some mint, some cherries, nice elegant wood note, however, the nose appears pretty shy --- Palate watery, fresh, nie fruit aspects, cherries and some black fruit, nice bitter tone, polished, nice tannins --- Finishes pretty long on its fruity and tart aspects. In every second you perceive high quality while missing the Sangiovese dolce vita touch a bit.
November 19, 2023 - Nose quite muted, touch of berry, leather and oak. Palate much more exciting with exotic orange peel, star anise, dark cherry, a firm structure and powdery tannin. Again, these Rancias don’t provide much youthful exuberance, instead feeling a little withdrawn and sullen, albeit with very good potential. Maybe a 24 hour decant would do this the world of good. In any event, I think it will evolve pretty nicely. There is very good structure to it so give it another 3-5 years.
October 22, 2023 - I liked it. A bit old school in that it's not all fruit.
A bit dry yet I had it without food. I'm sure it will be better with food.
September 29, 2023 - Young but wonderful wine with a bit of air. Super dry Chianti that’s developing nicely. Great QPR.
May 28, 2023 - Deep ruby color. Dark berries, greenness, raspberries, strawberries, minty gum, on the nose. Med acidity, med body, med alcohol, med flavor intensity, med tannins and med finish. Sweet cherries, mint, light milk chocolate and sweet pepper. Quite light but already excellent.
April 27, 2023 - 27.04.2023 tasted @Vancouver International Wine Festival 2023: Very elegant, ripe and silky tannins, some juniper notes, fine red fruit of cherries but also some peculiar slightly green flavors. Did not like this as much as usual. - 89 points
