Served @ 10c/50f with Baked Chicken.
Oh Boy, Alsace, I thought. A Fragrant & Fruity Moselle White. What a disappointment. Very pale Jaune in the glass. Apple Cider on the nose with faint floral notes. Tart apple on the palate; minerally with some bitterness. Body seems 'thin' and bland. Quite Acidic; long tart finish with some bitterness, like citrus peel. Won't repeat. -
