  July 18, 2021 - I really loved the gorgeous nose. The challenge with this one, as with many vaguely Balkan orange wines, is finding the right food. You need something with a good amount of salt to open this up. It was really nice with a homemade babaganoug with chunks of salty feta. Would probably sing with Georgian cheese bread. Unlike their non skin contact muscat, this grips the tongue pretty intensely, which tempers its moreish proclivity. More pleasant on day two when some of the tannins resolved, but still plenty of that flowery zippy freshness remains.

  June 29, 2021 - Blech. I'm all for funky and unconventional, but this wasn't good. Bitter. Too floral in a sweetly floral way. Pleasantly surprised there was some tannins and acid here, but it wasn't an overall pleasant bottle. Wanted to enjoy, but this was just a miss for me/us.

  May 1, 2021 - You'll definitely take a side on this one. I loved the contrast, it's funky and fun, the most floral nose I ever smelled almost daffodil and orange skin, and some of the most tannic dryness I've ever puckered to. It's a great party talking point, surprising wine, but I think the dryness is just harsh and it feels unfinished. For a more formal affair.
