September 6, 2021 - First tasted at the tasting room. A vine brought from Burgundy and grown outside of Carmel Valley. Decanted about 1 hour. Lots of copper in the color. Much earthier and fuller than Normal US Pinot’s. Very Burgundian. The wine continued to develop through the evening. A special wine.
