June 4, 2021 - Pale lemon colour. Medium nose with green apples, peach, lemon, toast and rubber. Medium taste of ripe green apples, peach, lemon, toast and yeast. Small and lively bubbles. Medium (+) long and dry finish. Medium (+) acidity. Medium body. A very good Cava. Drink now or over the next five years. Goes well as an aperitif.

February 4, 2021 - Really nice Cava. Light yet flavorsome with very refined bubbles. Excellent balance. Finishes whistle clean. Great QPR at under £14 on the table.
