June 15, 2023 - Yellow nice color. Buttery and fatty, a bit cassiy. Tropical with hints of pineapple. Fresh, buttery topical fruit. Pineapple and citrus. Dry long finish. Good
November 19, 2022 - Meh. Shy nose. Easy drinking, light weight. Not much going on. Hopefully something will develop down the road.
August 14, 2022 - The 2019 white Burgundys keep on impressing. This Saint-Veran from Chateau Fuissé has the right mix of acidity, fruit and oak. Not super complex but very pleasant. Drinks well now and for the next five years.

Some cream/caramel on the nose today... vanilla? Ripe, broad and soft (and mellow), with a zingy frame.
Very ripe on the palate, some fat and cream. Ripe and rounded, juicy with some fine grip. Has an ease about it, probably not one for the cellar.
