September 12, 2021 - Some coconut and oak on initial pour, fruit initially a bit tropical with pineapple and mango, but with air this changes and the oak notes mostly disappear and the fruit becomes more ripe orchard in nature with baked peach, pear, red apple, and a hint of lemon zest. The palate is rich and full, but maintains good acidity that keep things delineated and fresh. Good, but probably better in a couple years. Will try to hold my remaining bottles.

September 5, 2021 - Since I must add a note to give this wine a number rating - this tastes like a cross between a good French Chablis and a slightly fruit forward, mildly buttery chard. I like it. Will buy again, next time I see it.

July 22, 2021 - Had this with a salmon dinner and it complimented it perfectly. Fresh lively nose with a sweet peach smell. The acidity blended nicely to give a nice kick on the tongue. I liked this alot.

June 21, 2021 - Willamette Valley June 17 - 19 Tastings: Aromas of hazelnut, white peach, lemon zest, quince, crushed rock, white florals. Richly textured palate with expressive fruit and depth of hazelnut & clove spices and florals. Fleshy and round with very nice depth.

June 7, 2021 - Light golden yellow in color. Full, forward & fragrant nose of ripe fruit aromas of apples, grapefruit & lemons/limes with overtones of floral notes of honeysuckle & minerals, stony & a slight hint of smoke in the background. Medium bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, zesty, ripe fruit flavors of green apples & citrus notes of grapefruits & lemons/limes with minerals, some butterscotch & a slight touch of oak. Lingering crisp finish. Drinks quite well at present but should develop further with additional aging & may merit a higher score at that time. An absolutely wonderful wine.

April 5, 2021 - 1st of 12. I think this will be better in another year or so. Today a bit thinner in the mid palate than I want.

March 5, 2021 - Very Burgundian in style. Good acid structure. Complex, soil/terroir, minerals, slightly smoky. Low sugar. Will benefit from a few years. (TCWC tasting.)

December 30, 2020 - One of the better domestic Chards I've had in a while. Strikes a nice balance between ripe tropical fruit and non-intrusive cooperage. Round and full, but with a spine of acidity that provides structure.

December 5, 2020 - This was very good; not as good for me as the 2017, but close; the nose shows a hint of reduction, lemon peel, apple blossom, rock dust; the palate is lifted and juicy, but has very good depth and concentration; very good and should age nicely for 5+ years.

Day 2; nose shows more floral notes and orchard fruits, still super fresh and delicious. A little less coiled up on the palate.
