May 18, 2014 - Brick color. Smooth and rich. Last bottle of a great find.

February 22, 2014 - 4th Saturday Brown Bagger (Rich & Dana's): Garnet color. Subtle bouquet of iron, red fruit and tea leaf with a sour quality. Medium-bodied with flavors of red berries, spice and cherry. Guessed CA Cab.

February 22, 2014 - 4th Saturday group. Stewed tomatoes (but in a good way), with a touch of Brach's cinnamon red hots. Bizarre, but it works. Guessed Cali Syrah. Nobody guessed Cali Sangiovese.

June 9, 2012 - With Ashley and Flip (and Flip's pizza). Nice, but not paying too much attention.

April 26, 2010 - Definitely a Cali take on Sangio. Red (cherry) sangio fruit with a Cali cab texture and body. Different and very interesting. Pretty oaky, and will be a better wine when that integrates. May be an outstanding wine in 3 years. Time will tell.
