December 10, 2023 - Very dark red, purple rim. Nose is powerful! Dark fruit, plum, blackberries, blackcurrant. A little vanilla, licorice. Really sticking my nose in there reveals a tiny whiff of gun powder (?)
Rich mouthfeel, velvety smooth, present tannins. More balanced acidity than the other tourigas we've had . Long. Packs a punch with 14,5 % alcohol
We had this with moose tenderloin, mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts snd a creamy red wine sauce. I dub this a splendid match with the tender game! -

February 27, 2023 - Deep ruby color. Primary on the nose, a lot of black cherry and spice. Full bodied on the palate with fine tannins on the finish. Nice wine, probably needs some time.

December 27, 2022 - This a very surprising Wine. Usually I not such a big fun, but the 2018 Vintage is far superior to all the other ones I have tried. This wine is robust, yet carries great overall complexity and balance. Worthwhile buying a few extra bottles to appreciate over the years. Fantastic quality for the price.
