    December 17, 2022 - 100% Cabernet Franc
from several lieu-dits in Restigné with sandy clay soils and vines of
average age 30-70 yrs under biodynamic viticulture.
Manual harvest in small boxes. Successive sorting before and after de-stemming.
    30-day gentle maceration.
    Aged in concrete vats.
    12.5% Abv.

Background: Family estate into its 14th generation with dynamic driving force
Stéphanie Caslot (1980-2021) who sadly passed away
at the young age of 41, leaving siblings Emmanual and Laurie to
    carry on.

A(ccuray)=2: Med deep ruby. Pure fresh varietal.
    B(alance)=3: Distinctive components in harmony.
    C(omplexity)=2: Berries, flowers, spices, licorice.
D(epth)=1: Supple mouthfeel. Good length and finish.

    Wine Tally Score [2,3,2,1]= 8/10

Great care in vineyard and made with minimal intervention.

October 28, 2022 - Pronounced nose intensity with primarily red fruits, red strawberry, green bell pepper. Youthful. Medium+ acidity. Medium body and medium+ finish.

October 4, 2021 - Lovely perfume here, more red fruits and perhaps a touch more ripeness. Herbal character behind the fruit; light, delicate style. Really refreshing. Lovely light touch here. Long.
