April 16, 2024 - Ripe red fruit, slight roasted edge (though label says 13%), still some pretty firm tannins. Hold. B- for now.

December 5, 2022 - Upon opening, tasted of stewed red fruits. Decided to decant, and did so 3 hours prior to dinner in a flat-bottomed decanter. The stewed character went away, and the wine became much more pleasurable. However, it really blossomed about 4 hours in, displaying soft, autumnal Cabernet Franc notes of blond tobacco and light cedar. Lots of life left, I'm keeping my hands off my remaining bottles for at least a few more years.

November 25, 2022 - Good acidity but fruit finishes a touch stewed. Sawdusty oak. As good as it’s gonna get so drink up now.

June 4, 2022 - 13% alcohol. Cork of average length and quality but with very little wine penetration. Decanted an hour ahead. Deep colour with some browning at the edge of the rim.
Rich nose of dark fruit with some leather added; some harmonious oak. In the mouth, the oak is a bit more evident but not exaggeratedly so; the fruit is stewed but still vivid, which is quite a feat. Very smooth (maybe missing a bit of edge) and undoubtedly seductive.
I must admit that I enjoyed this bottle a lot better than I was expecting based on previous encounters; maybe I am softening in my old age, but not to the point of preferring this style to that of a well made Médoc.
This is my last bottle and certainly the one I enjoyed best; I think that the hefty CF component saves this wine from the dead hand of M.

February 15, 2022 - Still relatively youthful color of reddish purple with slight bricking at edge. Fairly heavy extraction. Typical St. Emilion aromas and flavors at play here, with the atypically-heavy concentration of Franc trying (?) to come to the fore with some slight pyrazines present.

Tertiary elements seem to just now be emerging. Unlike other commenters, I think this still has further development in store, and I'm willing to wait to drink my remaining four bottles in hopes of greater complexities. This wine is pleasant now, but I think it'll morph into something more interesting than pleasant.
