April 24, 2024 - really nice mid-range Chablis from Fevre... classic on the palate with good acidity, citrus fruit and some minerality... almost tasted some oak here (but just a tiny bit??), wonder if this came from tank or had some barrel on it???... anyone know?... good quality for the price
February 25, 2024 - This was a difficult bottle. Upon opening around 14.00, it felt young, tight and slightly bitter, but I had hope. At dinner around 19.00, it had gotten more bitter. The nose however, was quite classic Chablis, flowers, lemon, quite elegant. It did open up on the palate, but required a lot of time.

June 25, 2023 - Young still, all rounded chardonnay. Nice on the nose, palate with a lot of different fruits . Refreshing.
February 28, 2023 - had this a few days back, but remember it being very nice (even if too young, hold 3-5 years if you can)
February 20, 2023 - 91 for now, but pot'l for 92 or 93 w/five+ years of age, no notes but remember this being med bodied with good acidity and some significant minerality (relative to the somewhat muted citrus fruit)
February 12, 2023 - Aiolos Tasting (Intercontinental Hotel): Same profile as Champs, ripe, citrus, lemon, stone fruit, a thick oak frame, palate full on throttle, high acidity, lemon, stone fruit, full body, tight, austere
December 21, 2022 - Really nice but delicate - decanted for 45 mins. Green apples, light mineralogy and a little saltiness.
March 19, 2022 - Here we have a textbook ‘EE’ wine, that is effortlessly enjoyable. Open for business with clean cut ripe Granny Smith apples leading the charge, with notes of celery popping in now and then. Good tension, a wee bit of baby fat, but nothing time wont right side, and i don’ think out will take too long to get here. I really do enjoy drinking Fevre, whether its base bottles, PC’s and the GC’s are well worth the scratch IMHO. Excellent.
December 23, 2021 - Young and sprightly, but generous. Orchard fruit with underlying energy. Good Chablis in the making.
