August 31, 2023 - Super tasty for a plain AOC. Laser sharp, with a nice spine of classic oyster shell minerality, seaspray. Nice classic Chablis fruit of taut untipe apricot and citrus peel. Good persistence and outclasses many 1er Crus.
August 11, 2023 - Pale lemon in colour with somewhat restrained aromas of citrus, blossoms, apple & minerality. On the palate, medium bodied tart citrus, lemon curd, lime, apple, floral, saline, medium to high acidity with a long finish to tart citrus & chalky minerality. Lovely, simple, crisp & fresh! I’ve never met a Chablis I didn’t love!

August 4, 2023 - Lemony with emerging bottle development. Quite fine.
Ditto flavours. Good richness and weight for Villages. Good length. Beginning to drink but better in 3 years. Quite morish.
July 29, 2023 - Light pear on the nose, good sap in the mouth without in fact being particularly fruity ; minerality and acidic smack, however, this has in spades , and it’s wonderfully refreshing. Have to get back on my soapbox and extol the virtues of well made appellation Chablis- really expresses the style without unnecessary richness.
