  April 15, 2024 - 화이트를 별로 안 좋아하는 이유 중 하나가 가성비이다.
  무슨 말인고 하니 레드는 3만원대, 5만원대 등등 촘촘하게 맛있는 와인이 있는데 화이트는 그렇지 않다.
  적당히 맛있는 와인에서 조금 더 올라가려면 갑자기 가격이 미친듯이 올라가 버린다.
  
  노즈에서는 고소한 옥수수와 같은 향이 느껴져서 무슨 옥수수수염차 같다.
  이어서 시트러스 계열의 과실향이 퍼지기 시작한다.
  시간이 좀 더 지나면 꿀향도 솔솔 올라오는게 잘만든 부르고뉴 블랑같이 느껴진다.
  
  팔렛에서는 유질감이 느껴지고, 약간 산도가 느껴지는게 미국 와인스럽게도 하다.
  밸런스도 괜찮아 젖산발효향 맛이 느껴지는데도 과하게 느껴지진 않는다.
  피니시도 긴편이라 와인을 삼키고 입에서 꽤 오래 남아있는 느낌.
  
  답하자면 10만원대 좋은 화이트 와인을 찾은듯 싶다.
  이 와인이 오래되면 어떨까 궁금하기도 하고.
  블라인드로 하면 어떤 와인을 답할까 궁금하기도 하고.

  March 24, 2024 - Based on the nose I would have sworn this was burgundy, but the palate somehow swung from Burgundian to buttery California Chardonnay to tropical fruit. Interesting and enjoyable if a bit perplexing.

  yellow gold colored. lemon, tropical fruits aroma. butterscotch, tropical fruit, oaky taste.

  December 8, 2023 - Al naso profumazione intensa di agrumi, fiori e note di frutta a bacca bianca. Al palato è coerente. C'è armonia tra eleganza, finezza, freschezza e sapidità. Sottile e setoso, ottima struttura e corpo, lunga persistenza. Pieno di qualità che miglioreranno lasciandolo riposare in cantina per anni. Una vera delizia.

  December 4, 2023 - Pop and pour, drank half the bottle over 2 hours. Lemon oil, beeswax, honey, some stone fruit, minerality on the finish. This is a quality chardonnay.
