January 3, 2017 - Amazing that this wine is still drinking beautifully. It actually continues to get better and better. Tastes very French champagne tonight. Medium bodied, some tart apple, a little baking spice and yeast, and just beginning to get a hint of a slight oxidative edge that adds to the complexity. Yum. I'm going to blind some friends on my next bottle.

October 19, 2011 - Little disjointed on opening; opened into a well-structured medium-weight wine with solid QPR
April 5, 2011 - Nice, developing a considerable richness on the palate, with ripe and tart apple flavors, toast and mineral.
February 13, 2011 - apple overpowering a hint of lemon. Nice mild bubbles. No complaints.

November 25, 2010 - Pretty good - but seems to be tiring a little. Not a whole bunch of complexity, but tasty with nice acidty and a nice apple and lemon fruit finish.
