December 18, 2020 - Quite sweet, but the palate is intense and lush with abundant apple and pear, and some exotic citrus perhaps. Succulent and riveting. Paired with wok fried calamari, which worked nciely. This wine has put on some serious weight since I last had it almost 8 years ago.

September 27, 2020 - Medium color. Nice intense nose of dried apricots, nectarine and the barest touch of petrol . Wonderful flavor with a touch of maturity. Definitely on the sweet side and perfect acidity to balance it. Nice finish. This is at a really good place right now and should be good for at least 3 years.

July 31, 2020 - A golden yellow hue with a big nose of ripe golden delicious apple, intense floral notes, and some diesel notes. Opulent in the mouth, with just enough acidity to pair with the sweetness. Length on the finish is really nice with tropical fruits and the hint of diesel fading at the end. Well worth holding for 14 years.

April 14, 2020 - 91-92, starting to show some maturity, good concentration of tropical fruit, a touch of creamy mango, nice level of sweetness and good density but lacked the balancing acidity that could have bumped this a notch for me. Still very good and great QpR here.
