December 10, 2021 - the nose was a bit funky and slightly off putting, but was quite tasty. no rush
January 18, 2020 - Drinking well now, with a yeasty palate. Nuttiness, tropical fruit (melon), stone fruit.
Balanced acidity. Lovely bubbles. Lively, good length on finish.
Hit the spot tonight, and paired well with scallops over pesto.
July 4, 2018 - Nose of yeast, raspberry, peaches, and candied lemon. Tastes of green apple (almost like the Blanc de Blancs), yeast, brioche, and pear. Lingering crispness on the palate.

April 2, 2017 - Yeasty and doughy notes of stonefruit, citrus, and white raspberries have a danky, earthy, basement edge. Not the most lively Schramsberg but it's rich and creamy, with an adequate bead and Meyer lemon and loquat flavors that push through the refreshing finish.
March 25, 2017 - Lots of tart green apple with a touch of citrus zest and brioche on the back end.
