February 8, 2024 - Drank over two days, simply fantastic. Reminded me of a López de Heredia blanco. Nose of honey, raisins, wax, nuts. Similar pallet with a heavy mineral/ salty character and some good acidity. Excellent wine.

January 21, 2024 - I go with the former notes here.
Sea salt, citrus fruit, wax, herbs, cactus pear fruit, unripe pineapple, chalk, a bit oxidative, minerals with present acidity. Nice grip on the palate.
But most important: give it time to evolve in the glass. 2hrs minimum.
With sufficient air its so intense! The aftetaste remains for minutes.
This is a special white which always takes my mind away.

August 17, 2023 - Wonderful. Stony, mineral, salty. Fruit is not the main player here but very very good over all. Will buy more.
