  November 8, 2010 - I was happy to find this still drinking very well. Nice balance of fruits, acid and mouthfeel, definitely a quality wine. It was not a great accompaniment to fried pork chops and rice, probably best with fish or pasta with whilte clam sauce. But it's very good by itself.

  October 3, 2010 - Remarkably good for a 5-year old Fume. Nice earthiness and a clean finish. Went well with a variation on fried chicken.
