Community Tasting Notes 4

April 29, 2009 - Nose: Very strong compost, tar, broccoli stem and funky funk, with a hint of peach. Not pleasant. Taste: Much better than it smells. Citrus, little pepper spice. A zesty creamsickle. Would pass on this one, just can't get past the nose.

April 15, 2009 - Nice change, unoaked lets the fruit come through. Melons and citrus

August 15, 2008 - Kris likes, no oak, good tropical fruit and a nice dry minerally finish, can't beat the price at $9.99

December 25, 2007 - Kris likes it, especially given it is an unoaked chard. On the nose orange blossom and citrus. The palate shows a concentration of tropical, citrus and stone fruit flavours. The finish is smooth. I will get some more for her as she really is not an oak fan.
