June 5, 2023 - Big and powerful. Black and blue fruit on the palate with layers of bittersweet chocolate, graphite and coffee. Strong tannins still present in this full bodied cabernet.

February 4, 2022 - Quite extracted and oaky even at over 12+ years. Dense lush ripe black cherry fruits dominate. Silky plush texture early, turns somewhat bitter and drying. Finished with a notable alcoholic burn. Still offers some enjoyment for sure, just seems a bit disjointed and difficult for my taste.
