May 15, 2023 - Another bottle since June 2022. Citrus, lime, pear, and hint of butter and white flowers. This bottle was similar to the last bottle 11 months ago. Not much progress, except a more pronounced caramel in the finish. Still youthful sugar in the mid-palate and finish. Will need to cellar this for another 6 months to a year to see how it develops inside the bottle.

December 25, 2022 - Beautifully made. Lemon, lime, yellow apple, and a little cream on the nose. On the palate, a beautiful balance of orchard fruit, citrus, and oak along with enough acidity to keep it all moving across the palate. The finish is impressively long with abundant minerality.

October 14, 2022 - Light golden yellow in color. Full, forward & fragrant nose of ripe fruit aromas of apples, grapefruit & lemons/limes with overtones of floral notes of honeysuckle & minerals, stony & a slight hint of honey in the background. Medium bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, zesty, ripe fruit flavors of green apples & citrus notes of grapefruits & lemons/limes with minerals, some butterscotch & a slight touch of vanilla. Lingering crisp finish. Drinks quite well at present & should develop further with additional aging.

August 17, 2022 - Similar to other notes, initially tight, withholding, lacking in warmth or character, albeit with balance and notes of pear. Improved with a few days in the fridge. The best by day five, when it glowed and sang. Likely too young to drink now.
