September 25, 2021 - Smooth, with a nice sharp dry finish. Cherry blossom, wet gravel, and dark berries on the nose. With even notes of Vanilla, leather, black berry, and very subtle black pepper finish

February 13, 2021 - Decanted 60 minutes. Beautiful opaque ruby. Powerful and complex nose. Black cherries, ripe blackberries, blueberries, currants, vanilla, sweet baking spices, leather, and a background of floral and herbal notes. Full bodied, dry, and high acidity. The palate is less fruity than the nose – tart cherries and berries, vanilla, pepper and spices. Tarragon and thyme appear on the mid palate. Chewy tannins. Long mineral, licorice, and cherry finish.

February 1, 2021 - Nice modern, silky, Cahors, reminds me of an Argentinian Malbec made by Paul Hobbs called Cocodrilo. Definitely a smooth crowd pleaser.

    August 9, 2020 - Loved it!
Visually, it has a beautiful ruby color with lots of tears.
Full of aromas, I mostly identified the black fruits and some wood.
Very well balanced wine, tannins are spot on, not much acidity, and super uber bold flavors, which I like. In the mouth, again I felt the presence of the black fruits.
    Long presence in the mouth.
