April 24, 2019 - Not surprised to see notes from others about this wine being oxidized. This bottle fit the bill, though only mildly so; it was drinkable. I originally found so many of these O5s to seem oxidized but have discovered the issue to be more about torrefaction as a widespread fault among the lesser vineyard wines. Kinda like the “greenies” issue with ‘04s.
But this bottle’s issue is indeed oxidation. Surprising in light of the significant sediment staining along the entire length of the bottle. No reason this shouldn’t still be a solid quality wine.
Ended up blending it with a blowsy Santa Lucia Highlands Pinot and they each made the other a better wine. “The Mad Blender” strikes again!

June 10, 2017 - This has become oxidized and undrinkable

January 2, 2017 - Opened 2 flawed bottles on Christmas Day. After having 2 extremely enjoyable bottles back in 2012-2013 this is a bit disappointing to find the wines quite oxidized. The corks were in cook shape but the wines had completely failed. Unfortunate.

June 8, 2016 - Way past its prime. Undrinkable. Poured out the bottle. I hope the others I have aren't like this.

March 22, 2015 - PnD let air for 30 mins. Bright and still youthful. Cherry flavours with a touch of cranberry and a mineral savour with laser freshness. Lingering complex finish. WOTN.
