January 24, 2021 - This is a very tasty Rosé from Napa. Showing raspberries, strawberries, limes, grapefruits, bitter herbs, earth, light vegetables, green apples and spices.
Medium bodied with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with nice complexity and a soft mouthfeel.
Good by itself or with food. Tangy and spicy. Interesting and rich.
I enjoyed it better when it was not too cold, and paired it with Italian prosciutto.
14.3% alcohol by volume.
