  April 22, 2023 - We enjoyed this wine from the time we opened it. Served with butter tarragon seared scallops on a bed of risotto complimented with a herb salad with a lemon vinaigrette. Bright notes of citrus fruit, and a hint of nectarine on the very back end. Nice finish that complements the meal. Would seek to buy this wine again to keep for an occasion. With this type of seafood meal, we would reach for a Sancerre, however, this wine would be added to the mix. This is also versatile to serve on its own on a warm day. This wine truly earned it’s 90 point rating from us.

  October 31, 2022 - Tropical fruit, grapefruit and chamomile aromas and flavors. Long finish. Creamy mid palate with nice acidic balance. A good QPR. Served with flounder and garlic, herb butter.
