December 14, 2023 - PnP - overwhelming heaps of fruit. Let sit overnight, not surprisingly this calmed down and was much smoother. Too early as I knew, but this wine is a monster.

June 3, 2023 - Unfortunately I think Saxum has become a victim of it’s own success. Given the reputation, each and every bottle is supposed to other worldly. When a bottle just classifies as OK, it’s almost as if it’s disappointing.

May 28, 2022 - Started off a little dull but opened up after 30 minutes of decanting at the restaurant Mille Fleur. Enjoyed the wine.
