March 16, 2024 - Really delicious with a little chill to counter the Cornelissen VA.

September 23, 2023 - Let’s be clear - this Franky cuvée (IGT Terre Siciliane v19, 100 % NM, 14% ABV) exudes Sicily with sincere youth, modernity & innovation in a fresh, pure, mineral-driven & tannic-dry fashion. Light & bright ruby, fully translucent in appearance. Refined nose w bright cherries, smoke, warm spice, raspberries to the fore, herbs & freshly cut roses following. Palate is remarkably harmonious today, spiralling acidic structure, tannic-dry as of mid-palate, elegant & energetic, closing on a mineral, dry & spicy note.

May 19, 2023 - Light ruby (lighter than many PN) - and very clear. Medium intense nose of raspberries, cranberries, a little watermelon, a faint rose, spice, smoke, volcanic ash and earthy notes.

Palate similar. More mature fruit now, than when tried two years ago. More settled. Both the 2 & 4 year old have their charm.

A cool pairing would be watermelon & feta salad

100% Nerello Mascalese grapes from 60+ years old vines. Unfiltered, which is a surprise with the first glasses poured - but in the final glass comes an Etna mud slide.

100% Nerello Mascalese grapes from 60+ years old vines.

Light towards med body, med acidity, light tannins.

September 9, 2022 - PnP Parfymert nese med sopp og lett syntetiske toner mot mandel. Frisk frukt med rips. Litt vaskemiddel. Slipper fine noter etter lang tid i glasset. Fast og frisk avslutning med litt barnåler. Sicilia luft. 1 dag I flaske: Betydelig bedre balanse i dag. Fin krydret frukt med fast og frisk avslutning.
