November 6, 2007 - Very respectable everyday, light-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon. Light purple, or fuschia, semi-translucent color. Wlech's grape juice on the nose. Not too many flavors early but a gentle cherry jam on the midpalate; it tastes like big dark red cherries but with a solid dose of sugar added. Without food and with some air it becomes just slightly bitter on the finish. I preferred this before giving it time to breathe.
