  January 12, 2023 - Color: Medium ruby. Nose: Mostly cassis, red currents. Mouth: Excellent expressiveness and length. Medium to full bodied. Somehow it tastes very wholesome. Lean and tight. Very juicy. The alc. of 14% is not noticeable. It is getting better and better while breathing. Now there are cherries and pomegranate in the mix. A hint of tomato juice, too. Still very youthful considering it is almost 6 yrs old. Completely different style than your regular Bordeaux. Needs aeration at this stage and don't drink too cold!

  August 25, 2022 - A: deep garnet
  N: pronounced intensity aromas of graphite/pencil, cassis, blueberry, black cherry, capsicum, clove, tabak, earth
  P: dry, high acidity, high fine grain ripe tannins, high ABV, full body, medium (+) intenstiy flavors, medium finish on black fruit (clean, clear but trending just towards over ripe)
  C: very good wine, balanced acidity/ripe tannins with ripe black fruit, good concentration/intensity, not terribly complex, precise and bright - clearly New World - good but not outstanding finish. Drink now but will hold and improve for next 5-8 years.
