February 4, 2023 - Tar and creosote over bacon and blueberries. Drinks rather tart, with notes of plum, nectarine, and blood orange. Not the most polished wine. I guess I was expecting something more mellow for an 18 year old.

April 22, 2018 - Very dark with no bricking and little to no sediment; medium legs. Strawberry jam fruit and flowers on the nose. No olives or meat. Thin feeling in the mouth with nice acid and tannins still and plenty of red fruit. Not much on the middle. Red fruit and unresolved tannins still on the finish.
