August 24, 2023 - slightly sweet. Slight petrol on the first sip. Enjoyed it.
July 29, 2023 - PnP. Nose of pear, apricot, orange blossom, and honeysuckle. Creamy palate of poached pear with apple tarte tatin and a touch of cinnamon. Slight tart note bites before a plush textured elderflower finish.
April 30, 2023 - Delicious! Best white Bedrock for me.
December 29, 2022 - Sweet Riesling. Great CA bottle keeping the wine in balance and not coming off as cloying. Enough acid to cut through the various dinner foods. Good wine.

June 12, 2022 - 8.0% ABV Tasting w/ 2019 Bedrock fratenal twin Erster Zweieiiger Zwilling Cole Ranch Riesling. Paired w/ rotisserie chicken , zucchini/rice, and ceasar salad. Yum, very fun experience!

March 21, 2022 - Took to b-day party of friend who prefers Hefeweizen over wine and likes her wine fruit-filled. With the residual sugar in this, she liked it, and the rest of enjoyed it as well.
Try this for a person who doesn't like wine much, i.e., few reds, little tannin, fruit, a little "sweet". It is interesting and flavorful enough for wine lovers to like it, too!

August 21, 2021 - This is pulling up some impressive (and warranted) scores in the TNs. Bright gold color. Off dry to sweet character balance by acidity. More fruit than minerality. Very tasty.
