    February 15, 2023 - Appearance: Medium Lemon
Nose: Medium(+) intensity; Aromas of lemon-lime, grapefruit pith, green apple, yellow pear, honeydew melon, citrus blossom, jasmine, thyme, white pepper, green bean/canned vegetable, sourdough
Palate: Dry, medium alcohol, medium body w tart cream texture, medium(+) acid, medium(+) intensity, medium finish. Flavors of lemon, orange peel, ripe apple, melon, citrus blossom, white pepper, sourdough, honey, and ginger peel.
Quality: This is a good wine exhibiting a deft balance of crisp medium(+) acidity, fresh fruit concentration, and depth of primary flavors (lemon, apple, melon, citrus blossom, white pepper). The wine shows some nuanced lees contact (sourdough, tart cream), viscosity from some slight skin contact (honey, vegetable), and a zingy finish of white pepper and ginger peel.
Aging: This wine is not suitable for bottle aging as it lacks acidity, concentration, complexity (potentially from oak), and length of finish (which is only medium). The fresh fruit and primary-focused flavors would decline with bottle aging and oxidation.

May 17, 2022 - Peach apricot minerally Grapefruit spritz, touch of tomato stem
Fruity entry round mid palate, nice medium body
    tart slight bitter finish

Nothing great but I seemed to go through this pretty quick so it was clearly drinkable

January 20, 2022 - Mainly about lime and mineral, with some ripe orchard fruit and bitterness/something in the realm of celery or fennel. Good acidity and a fresh reductive style but more full bodied and alcoholic than I’d like. A good value for $10 regardless. Partially congested while writing this note so take it with a huge grain of salt. ~5.5/10

December 30, 2021 - Medium lemon colour. Medium (-) nose with gooseberry, gooseberry leaves, generic pear, generic lemon and white flowers. Medium taste of generic pear, gooseberry, gooseberry leaves, generic tropical fruits and lemon. Medium long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. An acceptable Verdejo best enjoyed by itself in the sun. Drink now. Goes well as an aperitif, or with fish or salads.

September 19, 2021 - M.D.C. Verdejo from Rueda; harvested at night, no oak ageing; light golden color, delicate and fresh notes, lemon, mango, white flowers. Enjoyable wine.
