April 5, 2022 - Dry rose… what’s not to like? Interesting color with hints of orange. Aromas of strawberry and candied watermelon. Palate follows suit with ripe red fruit up front that leads to lovely salinity and minerality.

June 7, 2021 - Slightly cloudy salmon in the glass. On the nose I get red berries, orange zest, black pepper, and a bit of mineral. The palate follows the nose with good acidity, medium body, an unusual "chewiness" for a rose, ana a medium length saline finish.
This natural wine made of 85% Sangiovese, and 15% from combined primotivo and barbera is a winner. It tastes authentic and is not trying to be another Whispering Angel or any other "mass appeal" rose. Paired wonderfully with roasted chicken over salad greens.
