November 8, 2007 - This is wonderful - actual real honest wine that is fantastic with a variety of foods and ridiculously affordable. While simple and straightforward it featured very tasty raspberry fruit, great acidity, peppery spices and an appealing mineral driven earthiness. This was at its best on day two with a bit of a chill. Very good.

September 9, 2007 - This really need to open up. It was actually more developed (and not so closed up) and a day in the refrigerator. I didn't expect such a nice evolution as the just opened bottle was simply typical of a low end Vin du Pais. Not a standout for the price.

August 9, 2007 - Light to medium bodied and translucent but dark purple, this was earthy and juicy and perfectly fine with lamb chops.
