January 5, 2023 - Already pale gold colour suggesting it’s older than it is. Nose is muted despite perfect 12-13c temperature but the palate makes up for these shortcomings. It’s mineral and stony with white stone fruits being the dominant flavour but with a big kick of lime and a bit of oak spice on the finish.

September 16, 2021 - Love this. Takes a while to open up so give it some air. Not the most evocative of noses but there's something moreishly mineralistic about it. On the palate it really sings with stone fruits and a lovely honeyed finish that sits in your mouth for ages. Great with organic roast chicken thighs.
