September 22, 2021 - Inviting floral nose, red fruit, bit of heat.
Noticeable bit of spritz on first sip, but complex and enjoyable palate. Bright fruit, iron, mineral, and herbs. Good core of acidity. The opposite of a jammy Bojo.
It feels like the natural approach really added something here, but I'm not sure how stable this wine will be.
Would love to try more by Cotton, but this is tough at $35+
