  August 28, 2022 - Notes after following for a day open. Light straw color, clear and sound.
  Medium-profound intensity bouquet. Ocean spray, green tropical fruits like kiwi and lychee, a very nice pink grapefruit element, even a little petroleum jelly to stoke a few of those fans of Reisling. Quite dry but not lacking in sweetness, if that makes any sense. The weight is like satin and it has excellent persistence and length into the finish. I think this may be best consumed within 5 years or so.

  August 10, 2022 - PNP. Lovely aromatic stone fruit, with a little tropical fruit. On the palate, nicely ripe fruit, lychee and apricot. Sweet but not cloying, this is very dry and has enough acidity. Refreshing on a summer day, this would be a great food wine.
